Gently pour foam bath under hot water until desired foam is obtained. For external use only.

Place a small amount of gel in hand or on a wet bath sponge, work into a lather and rinse thoroughly. For external use only.

Apply daily, massaging in lightly after showering or bathing. For external use only.
